They responded quickly, diagnosed the bad coil and they have to go back and order the part, after a week the part came in and they installed the coil about a week after the first visit. They were neat and observed protocols. They put in the air conditioner 3 years ago, the only Grinch was the blower motor went out which was replaced at no extra cost, now we are 3 years after, a coil was covered by the warranty, but the labor and lost Freon has to be shouldered by myself.

There was a problem that the tech readily admitted was his mistake. Flynn’s took complete responsibility and resolved issue by the next day. It’s easy when all goes well but the mark of a good tech and company is when they have a problem. I appreciate the techs honesty and Flynn’s handling everything so quickly.

Very helpful at recommending best system. They helped us get the Florida State energy efficiency rebate. Service was very professional and service provider was friendly and he explained what he was doing and the features of the system. The price seemed to be competitive.

Professional, polite, knowledgeable and just plain nice. Joe came to the house to see what was needed and schedule the complete replacement and upgrade of our home system. On the scheduled day they arrived, gave us another account of what was to be done and a reminder that it would take two days to complete (which is why we scheduled in January). They got straight to work and let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they were done for the day. They cleaned up their work at the end of each day. Very pleasant experience ?
