Everything, from initial purchase to final install was great. Everyone we dealt with from Florida Custom Surfaces was wonderful to deal with. The initial consultation helped us understand what would be involved in the selection and install of the counter top and the sink, including showing us all the options available. Teresa was incredibly patient and accommodating during our selection process and provided wonderful advice throughout the process. The measurement and install were just as painless for us and we couldn't be happier with the final product. The install team did an amazing job and the counter top looks great! This company is the greatest. They came to my rescue and did everything they said they would do for me. They put in counter tops for me in a week. I was at wits end with Lowes and went to them for help and they were there. Unfortunately I did not have them do my cabinets but my counters are beautiful. They have many choices for cabinets as well as counter tops. Would highly recommend using them. Very Professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Matt you saved the day and came up smelling like a rose.

I was very happy with the entire experience. The prices were great and they had a good selection of granite remnants to choose from. It looks beautiful and we will use them again when we remodel our second bathroom.

We talked to 3 other Granite Fabricators as well as FCS. We selected FCS because of their concern for not damaging the existing backsplash (which we wanted to retain) during the removal of the existing Formica counter top and their complete understanding of the project.. We have a small kitchen and wanted to get all granite pieces from one slab. (We bought the slab from a nearby granite suppler and FCS fabricated the counter top.)

FCS first went to the Granite supplier to verify the slab we picked would indeed yield all the required pieces. (Not all slabs are the same size and we selected a slab that was slightly oversize.) FCS then came to our home and used a laser measuring device instead to the old fashioned wood templating. 10 days later FSC came to our home again, removed the existing Formica counter top (did not damage a single tile from the back splash!) and installed the new granite counter top and new SS under mount sink. Because the Granite was slightly thinner than the existing Formica, shims were added to the cabinets prior to setting the granite. The other fabricators  did not offer these shims said that the gap would need extra thick caulking ? not a pretty solution.

We are very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend FCS.

Assisted in picking the exact type of countertop we were looking for. We compared pricing with other providers and they were best. Came to our home and used laser to measure exactly. We were surprised at how quickly the countertops were ready. The installers were very professional and very careful as they had to maneuver a long heavy countertop through our house to reach our kitchen. The countertops fit perfectly and look beautiful in our remodeled kitchen. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering new countertops.

There was another company (contractor) involved in the project which created some communication problems with this company.  They were at first reluctant to speak directly to me as the home owner. This was resolved and the work was done with excellent quality, good communications and installed when they said it would be.
