Was to go do the inspection on Wed 8th at 12:30, at 12:00 Don called and said he was finished without me being present. I was expecting to be with him during the inspection, when I arrived, I began to ask some questions and Don indicated he had little time to discuss the inspection . The next day I received the written report did a though read and checked the items he said could be an issue. Over the Next 2 Days, I discovered the following items were not mentioned in his report.. A/C was clogged with dirt/mold, causing a real musty smell .. I had to call a company to do a complete cleansing of the A/C unit and the ducts, $550.00 2) The main water valve was broke off you could not turn the water off, plus there was a in ground leak about 4 inches below ground, repair cost $325.00, 3) the washing machine's water control valve was broken, when the washer was turned on to do a load of clothes, the washer would not cut off Sending water into the laundry room, a closet, bath room and into the living room causing a major water clean-up..I had to run Commercial fans and dehumidifier for 4 solid days to dry the place out. I called Don on the A/C problem, made no attempt to come Check out the problem.. I saw no need to call him on the others. Don did a good job for me on a condo in 2009, I was confident I would get a good job..

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Polished, professional and timely.
