We consider ourselves very fortunate, and blessed, to have found Melvin, Scott, and Josh, to do our painting projects. We have been in our home a year, and wanted to change from the 'greige' color, which was all throughout, inside, and also, outside, and go for a lighter, more tropical look. We thought we had picked a good inside cream color. Melvin came by with our sample, plus two other cream-type colors, and painted three small sample patches on our foyer wall. Interestingly, the color we had chosen, dried to a yellowish, and also showed the gray paint; the same with the other sample. The third sample Melvin had painted was champagne, and dried beautifully. So, we went with that, and love the light and airy look, makes our house look much bigger! Melvin and Scott had been very focused on any patchwork, initially, and made sure that any and all touchups were completed. We were so impressed with the interior, that we also had Melvin and the crew start our exterior. Melvin's rates were very reasonable, and we had learned, quickly, what an honest, professional, and dedicated team we were dealing with. The crew began to, first, pressure wash the outside. They discovered right off, that, upon just picking at the paint with their fingernails, that pieces were coming right off, like paper. Being very concerned, and trying a sample of primer, that, would not stick/adhere, to the old color, Melvin told us that, to 'get it right the first time', he would need to pressure wash ALL the old paint off, down to the gray concrete. He said that if he had been able to apply primer, and then paint the top coat, that, in a short time, we would have wasted our money, because the coating would have all worked its way off. We surely appreciated his honesty and seriousness, in making sure that the job would be successful, and..long-lasting. The guys worked diligently, even in downpours (way to go, Josh!), to get off all the greige. Then, a special primer was painted on, that is rated to last for a good 40 years. Then, our final coat of aquamarine. Melvin, Scott, and Josh, you guys did a superb job! We love it! You stayed with our home exclusively, until everything was completed. We will happily recommend you to anyone who is looking for such dedicated painters. You treated our home like it was your own. And, for that, we are very grateful. Plus, you guys are a hoot! We loved your great humor! Anyone reading this review need not look any further than cmc painting... IF you want the job to be 'done right, the first time.' Thanks, guys! I enjoyed every bit on it and they are very meticulous and detailed also they are on personable, on time and the job was above my standard.

It was excellent, they did it in 2 days and they are very clean and the price was very reasonable.
