. George called ATand T and talked with them for 30 minutes to get our wireless routor activated. He then backed-up all over programs and explained in great detail how to back-up our important documents. He also removed the hard drive from our old computer.
"My client who submitted this Review Form left me a voicemail message. He said he had some difficulty with filling out his Review Form, and told me to check his Review for correct details. The Correct Charge for my services on 05/12/2013, was: $60.00 ( Not, $1.30 as appears in this Review Form.) 1) I worked with AT&T Tech Support via phone to reconfigure his AT&T Wireless Router back to Factory Settings. Then his new iPad found the correct SSID, accepted the Security Key, & could connect via AT&T to any Websites. Everything still Tested OK after several Re-Boots, of both Router & Tablet. 2) I provided him with a Kingston 16GB cap-less, flash drive & copied his Contacts, Documents, Favorites, Music, Pictures, etc. to the flash drive. I advised storage off-site, with periodic updates for optimal security. 3) I removed the old Hard Drive from his old PC, left it with him & instructions for destruction. That would secure any personal, financial data from his old Dell Windows XP PC. I took the old Dell OptiPlex Windows XP PC Tower (minus the Hard Drive) for Electronics Re-Cycling at our municipal solid waste Re-Cycling Facility. Finally I made a follow-up call this morning, 05/13/2013 to make sure my client's iPad is still able to connect to the Internet via his AT&T Wireless Router. My client said his iPad is still working just fine and that he would call me with details of any further issues he might encounter."
He came out and checked all the connections on my computer and router, did a complete power shutdown, and re-booted my PC.
When the problem persisted, he contacted ATand T in the Philippines and got a wonderful young lady named Karen, who checked the premise equipment remotely. Karen sent a re-start signal to their equipment. She stayed on line and waited until my PC was able to connect of several different web sites. When all was working normally, Mr. George then checked my PC was secure. He reviewed my security settings and said everything would be fine, if there was a green checkmark on my security icon.
He then showed me how to print selected sections of anything sent to my PC.
I have used Mr. George Computer Services several times before and would recommend his services to anyone having computer problems.
