Showed up in a timely manner. Overall did a good job in a timely manner. He did all of the backside of my house roof and my driveway and side walk. Some of my grass around the down spout areas was killed from run off of the cleaning solution. I considered his pricing quite fair.

I was very pleased with the outcome of the project. Also liked the knowledge which Anthony provided, the owner of MCL. I put very little effort into this transaction cause of home advisor. After little research I had few options. And Anthony from MCL was the first contractor to contact me. It was a great decision on my part hiring Anthony. Completely headache free process. Of course I shopped around and prices differed but only Anthony made sense when we talked about what needed to be done. In the end, I was very satisfied and highly recommend MCL Property Maintenance.

Call them. They came out the same day and charged less than half the price of competitors. They are on my fav list and I will be calling them again next week for another property.

Anthony the owner was wonderful to work with - when his equipment unexpectedly failed, he made sure to advise me immediately, rescheduled my appointment, and included free of charge the additional cleaning of my patio and driveway, on top of the complimentary cleaning of the sides of the house we had already agreed on. Anthony knows the value of great customer service delivery and resolving issues even when they are not his fault! He went above and beyond, and now a full week after the roof cleaning, my plants and grass are all still alive, just as Anthony promised (I was originally concerned as I previously used another roof cleaning service which did not fully protect the surrounding grass and plants!).

Prompt and curteous

Very quick and thorough service. Easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do. Our house and driveway are CLEAN!
