I did have an issue with the service that required calling a plumber but I am writing this review to speak to the integrity of this firm. First, the issue that arose is not one that is necessarily unexpected when removing a tree stump. When I contacted Michelle she did offer to have the team come back and further fix the problem but it was something that required the attention of a plumber. I contacted her afterwards and suggested splitting the cost of the plumber, thereby reducing the payment to the company. Her response was to forego being paid at all. I have been very fortunate with the service providers I have found on Angie's List, particularly since in reviews I have read some horror stories about back and forth/he said-she said scenarios when there was a possible problem with work performed. I expected the worst when I contacted Michelle requesting a contribution to the cost of the plumber. I got the best. I am impressed with and respect the integrity of this firm and their professionalism in handling the issue. I would hire them again, and recommend them to anyone, based solely on that.

Everything went smoothly. Not one problem. Michele the owner was so accommodating and really helped us with what type of palms to plant. She oversees the entire project right down to making sure the workers clean up after. the workers were phenomenal! it is brutal work grinding out a tree stump and they never took a break. So happy we found this company we highly reccomend them.

A was looking for a local business with a good rating, good work and at a fair price. That’s exactly what I received. I was going to be out of town when they were doing the job so Eric and Michelle came over a few days ahead of time to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted/on the same page. Both were very informative, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job, cleaned everything up when they were done and trimed my 250 foot ficus hedge perfectly. They even offer the option to pay for their services with a credit card on their website which I was a big fan of. Great people, service and price what more could you want. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone in need and will make them my first call for my future needs.
