Warren left me high and dry. He had done a service 7 months ago and was supposed to come for maintenance. I called to remind him and tell him my ac was not working. He promised to come. After 3. Calls h never returned leaving me high and fry. DO NOT USE Warren Case

Warren Case is always punctual, professional, reliable, personable, and trustworthy. He has been servicing our AC for the last 2 years and I completely trust him. He never pushes new products on me. He always does his best to keep what I have running smoothly. Today was no different. I'm on Warren's service plan so there was no charge for the service visit. I just needed to replace one part. He was here on time and did his job expertly. I also love that it is his own business and he is always the one on the job so we have a nice working relationship.

That is just a special thing we do with them. 2 people came out, and they cleaned up perfect. It took the average time. I have been using them for a few years. I would use them again.
