VENETIAN NAIL SALON

I took my daughter, her best friend and myself there to get manicures and pedicures for her birthday.  The got us in that day which was nice.  However, they were not on time, no big deal to start with.  There was no plan in place to take care of us.  We finally were assigned three technicians.  We told them what we wanted done. They did not seem to have a skilled person to do simple nail art.  Two of us got french manicures w/ nail art on toes. Requested nail are on hands as well but didn't get it.  My daughters friend got a plain colored manicure.  The person doing my nails was inpatient and preoccupied.  He spilled the nail polish remover and blamed it on the lady next to us, he squirted himself with lotion and got mad.  He spent little time doing my toes and had to have the lady next to him do a simple flower which did not turn out well.  When we went to do my manicure he quickly did that as well then said he forgot to charge me for nail art so he did not have the lady come back to do my thumbs.  I said forget it because I was ready to leave by this time.  It was anything but a relaxing experience. It was supposed to be a fun day but my daughter was treated poorly as well.  She did not get the nail art she requested either.  The man doing my daughters friends manicure told her to stop biting her nails as it is a nasty habit.  Overall not a good experience at all.I chose this salon because I went to the one in Tampa previously which was excellent.  My mani/pedi from Tampa lasted 3 weeks.  Our manicure and pedicures her in Palm Beach Gardens, FL last a day!  Yep, polish quickly chipped and peeled.  It is Thursday and I have removed my expensive french manicure and pedicure.  I wish I could get my money back but I already know it is futile for argue this point with the manager.My advise is to go to Aveda Salon where they do things right.  They don't do gel or acrylic, but they do an excellent job on your own nails and with professional products not walgreens nail polish.  Never again!
To add insult to injury they kept jacking the price up as well.  I paid to much for the poor quality.
