TIRES PLUS TOTAL CAR CARE

I went to just fill my tire and was told I had a nail in my tire. They patched it up and I was out of there within the hour. I just moved into the area and found a place to have my car serviced. Will definitely be returning.

The cost is affordable for a single mother at the time.  I will use them again. Very professional. 

The often run specials for different work, which is nice.

I deal with Marvin. He treats me so well. I highly recommend them.

I know the manager, trustworthy, great services, went well.

I talked on the phone to Lenny (who was very polite and helpful) and made my appt -and quoted me a price for 2 tires and the alignment. It turned out that I had need of 4 tires. I worked with Mark when I got there who had to give me the bad news that I needed 4 tires. He showed me the worn places and gave me the best deal he could. All this put us behind a little and he knew I had a Dr. Appt. to go to so he hurried everyone along and I was out in plenty of time. My whole experience was a good one. Everyone seemed to be professional, happy and knowledgeable-especially Mark. I am positive they would help me with any problems I may have in the future and I would highly recommend Tires Plus at THIS location.

The professionals at Tires Plus are a breath of fresh air - like the good old days when you actually felt like you can trust your mechanic.
This time, we had a completely flat tire on our truck and had to get it towed. Although there were closer shops, we paid the extra amount to tow it to Tires Plus without hesitation, due to our prior good experiences there. (Side Note: The truck has custom tires that are difficult to find, and after calling Goodyear we found out why - they are discontinued. We had called ahead to Tires Plus and Mark assured us that he could get a same-sized specialty tire to match that SAME DAY at no extra charge.)
Mark pulled the tire to check for nail holes, and discovered that the valve was bad and the air had simply bled out. WOW! A $14 valve replacement when they could have sold us a $200+ specialty tire. And, service is always done with a smile and in a timely manner. Thanks, guys!!

The car would not start and I could not get the engine to turn over. Car is a 99 Toyota Camry and had been sitting for 6 months. The car was towed to the facility and they called me as soon as the car arrived to discuss what would be done. They figured out that the battery had a bad cell which required replacement of the battery. My only issue, which is minor, is that the car has a factory installed alarm system that sounds the horn when the battery is disconnected and reconnected. Although I provided a reference to the user manual section on how to reset the alarm, they just disconnected it. I know no one would want to steal a 1999 car but if they would have checked the manual they wouldn't need to disconnect the alarm.
They called me a few hours later to inform me the car started just fine with the new battery and recommended cleaning the throttle body because of residue build up and replacement of the valve cover gasket and spark plugs. I told them I could do the plugs and gasket but they could clean the throttle body. They did not insist on doing the plugs and gasket as I had expected, they said ok and quoted me the price for work. When I went to pick up the car it was ready and they processed my paperwork quickly so I could be on my way. Paper floor mats were the car showing they tried to keep it clean. Overall a good experience.

At first, they said they were too busy, but reconsidered. They didn't want to send a senior citizen away with a nail in my back tire. They have a comfortable place to wait. I brought my kindle, and read my book while I waited. They were, very nice, efficient and I appreciated that they fit me in. I drove home feeling safe and good about my experience.

Marc and Robin are always a pleasure to work with. I remember Marc down in the Hypoluxo store years earlier. Anyone can make a mistake, but to quickly owe up to it and address it in priority fashion is rare - especially in automotive service plus I was given a distant ride home. I will continue to bring my vehicles into their shop for service as long as myself, and this team remain in the area.

It was pretty simple. It was awesome. Everything those guys did was great. They told me what time the car would be ready and it was ready. They made sure it was done properly. I am satisfied with the end results. They had coupons online for synthetic oil changes. They are pretty much cheaper than any place I've been to for the oil changes.

The service was great. Rotors were rusty from salt water because we have a boat. Tire plus didn't have any problems getting the rusty rotors off. It did not take all day like we expected even though they were extremely busy.

Before they do any type of work, they do what you ask them to do. If they find other items wrong, they will show you a full print out of what is wrong before they do anything. They are very prompt and courteous.

Overall, my experience with them was okay. They talked to me about the changes before they did them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
