 + -1 moreHe was recommended to me by my Realtor. Thomas Lomas came over and gave me an estimate on two seperate jobs. We signed a contract and I gave him a deposit of 12,500.00 When I needed him to fill out a form for the bank he took off with my money and I have not been able to find him he doesn't answer his phone. He seemed like the nicest guy in the world I was shocked that he would do that. I think he had it planned from the start. I also ended up losing the deposit on the house. If you see him run the other way.
Description of Work: None because he took off with a 12,500.00 deposit before any work was preformed.
