 + -1 moreNOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. WE HAVE HAD TO SPEND A GREAT AMOUNT OF TIME TO TRY TO GET THE COMPANY TO HONOR IT'S POLICY. SO FAR WE ARE UPSET WITH OUR EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: WE PAID FOR A FABRIC CLEANING WARRANTY WHEN WE BOUGHT NEW FURNITURE. COMPANY HAS NOW REFUSED TO HONOR WARRANTY AND WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH AN APPEAL PROCESS.
