SPG Garge Floors did our garage and front porch area late last year and promised a “LIFETIME GUARANTEE”. When we called them to let them know we had a place that was cracking he assure me he would be out that day or next to look at it. He never showed, called or rescheduled. That was early January. January 22nd I followed up again... nothing. In May I called, texted and sent an email via website and still nothing. The quality was 7/10 (at best) compared to our previous homes done by other companies. The lack of response and not honoring the lifetime guarantee is disappointing and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company.
