 + -1 moreWe didn't use them, we haven't done the project yet. They were very thorough in their proposal. They were very good, but we thought that their price was very high. He came in and gave us the most complete proposal we could have wanted. They didn't do any work, but the quality of the proposal was excellent. They were going to update a clubhouse and condominium building. I'd say to get a quote from them.

Description of Work: I contacted Sabatello for an estimate for a bathroom/bedroom renovation. They gave me a estimate of $78,000.00. Which was extremely high for the work that was expected. When their representative came to my house he handed me a very expensive looking glossy brochure and kept talking about some negative ion ventilation system that they were going to use. I just kept thinking whoa...this is going to be expensive and sure enough.

Description of Work: Their price to repair few leaks initially came in at $77,000. I asked for a detailed time and material quote and never got one. By their own account they were going to employ around 3 people and the work would take approximately 3 weeks. That works out to $8,556.00 per person per week or $213 per hour including material costs which would have been less than $10,000. I found them a little too pricey for the work.
