Honesty and Integrity First encounter was when my young daughter's water heater leaked. Contacted several plumbers via Angies list and most were willing to take advantage of the situation and desperation charging outrageous prices (as I understand now). Minuteman came in at half the others and installed that afternoon. At the lower price, one expects lesser service and quality - NOT THE CASE! Next time, my water heater leaked so I tried them again. Came out that same day – same price as almost 2 years ago. Polite, courteous and highly professional. Warrantee was twice as long as others which added to the satisfaction. After dealing with other plumbers who were just out to make a buck, I wouldn’t go any others. Highly recommend.

The entire experience went very well overall. They responded promptly to my request on Angie's List. They were professional and knowledgeable. There was an error with the internal computer for the water heater after they left, and when I called them to inform them, they came back out immediately to adjust the unit. I can now instantly get hot water anywhere in my home. It's wonderful and I would recommend them.

The Master Plumber Pat Walsh and his associate provided and installed the replacement 50 gallon electric water heater for a very reasonable price. The replacement was done quickly and efficiently. They were both friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend Minuteman Plumbing.

Tankless water heater previously installed by HD contractor had developed a leak. Minuteman pluming was contacted to correct leak and properly install the heater. Minuteman was not the lowest bidder on he job but was by far the most knowledgeable bidder. Could not be more pleased with the work done. Unit was completely replumed with new flush valves and interconnect. The craftsmanship of a master plumber is clearly displayed in the finished work.

I was able to get service the same day I phoned. On a very rainy late day, though he was detained by a weather related accident delay, his office kept me informed on a regular basis about when he would arrive. He handled my requests promptly and professionally. I thought the fee was a bit high (I'm sure I was paying for his plumbing credentials and years of experience), but we negotiated a fair price. I was pleased with the experience and would recommend them for service.

Pat Walsh, master plumber, and his wife, Cathy are an exemplary team. We came home from a week long vacation and a couple of days later, out of the blue, all 3 bathroom toilets were backing up and not flushing. Amazingly, Cathy from Minuteman Plumbing called within minutes of my service request submission on Angie's List. I had called another company recommended by a contractor neighbor but reached the answering service who took my info and said they would get back to me the next morning. Cathy advised me that Pat could come out to our home within the hour and there would be no extra charge for evening visit. Sure enough, Pat arrived promptly at 8 pm and after listening to description of our problem, he immediately retrieved his electric snake machine and went to work. Within minutes, the sewer line was cleared. He asked me to run the water in the tub for a few minutes to flush the line. Problem solved. Pat was extremely knowledgable and personable, entertaining us with his stories. Although the cost of $450 was painful, I was advised that this was actually low on the scale and other plumbing businesses charge even double that amount. Work is also guaranteed for 6 months. I highly recommend Minuteman Plumbing!
