My experience with them was not good. I had some issues with the particular realtor that we used within that company. It had nothing to do with money. They sell the apartment, they get their commission, but it was their professionalism. I hired a realtor to sell that apartment, and I don't feel acted in a professional way. I discussed with the owner of the company after the closing and told them how I felt. I have nothing to the people that bought the apartment, but there was an incident. They had an inspection and he keeps calling me and he wanted me to give the people more money. I think he's great for the buyer, I don't think he was very good for the seller. I think he was looking to make the deal and wasn't really concerned with my interest. He wanted to close from the apartment and make a deal even if he tried to keep getting me to give them compensation and in the end, there was a problem with an air conditioner, and he never reported it to me, and I had the people come and look at it. They were supposed to fix it after the closing, and he went ahead and there were arrangements made before the closing. These people actually went in and had the air conditioning fixed in an apartment that I still owned which you should not do. I didn't feel he acted in an ethical manner. I mean, he didn't report to me that this was being done, and the company called me accidentally, and I found out that they had made arrangements to go in and have work done in the apartment while I still owned it before the closing without my permission or knowledge. I don't really know how to explain it. I would never use them to sell a property. I don't feel that they behaved in a professional manner. I don't think he was open with me and I don't think it was very nice. I would not recommend them at all. But in that office, there might be very professional people that do a great job of selling a house. What I am complaining about is the realtor that I dealt with within that agency.

Maddy was very honest, open, and nice. She told us houses that would not be worth our time going to see. She took us for a whole day in her car to look at properties. She helped me online as I was in New York and she was in Florida. I purchased the condo online with her. I would let her know condos I was interested in and then she would check them out and provide me with feedback.
