Oliver Twist Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing

We were very happy with the quality of their work, and the results. They did exactly what they represented, plus some. Will hire again.

He was great and had great customer service.  He was kind and on time.  They came on time and did a great job.  They left no mess, cleaned up after and did all that stuff.

The service was fine.  There was one little section that I thought they could do better with so I was going to have them back out but my husband didn't want to so we left it at that.  The roof was horrible, they did a good job with what they did and I was satisfied, but I am going to have them come back and get it one more skim coat.  I was satisfied with what they did.  I wasn’t even there, but it seemed like they were clean, they didn’t spray other houses, and picked up after themselves.  When I came back the house looked good.  They were professional.  The price wasn’t exorbitant.  I am going to use them again. 

He sprayed the screens and the dirt from the screens sprayed inside onto the overhang and left dots on the ceilings. That was my first issue. They cleaned the white roof and within 4 months I called him because it was showing dirty again. Typically when doing a roof cleaning it lasts 2-3 years. He told me he was tied up. He said he would stop by. He came back  2 months later and he said he was very busy and would schedule a time in January to come out. January came and went. I called him back in February. He set a date of April 12th. I called him today April 10th and he came out today. He said the roof is dirtier than it was initially and wanted to charge me to clean it again. I don't want to do business with anyone who doesn't stand behind their work and I don't feel anyone else should either.

Wow! When I first called Jim he was pleasant and was able to give me an estimate over the phone, which I preferred. I believe his price was extremely reasonable as other companies quoted me over $500. He was able able to treat my home when I wasn't there which was extremely convenient for me. I came home near the end of the job to see he took great care of my surrounding plants. He covered all my plants and hedges, not a single leaf turned brown. Which is rare. He was continually watering the plants making sure nothing was left behind. He also took the time and cleaned out my gutters. My drive was spotless, stains I thought would last forever he got out. He also didn't leave a large mess or puddle at the of my driveway like most pressure cleaners do. Who knew my fence was light brown?! I thought it was dark brown/green. Jim took the time to explain to me why it had molded so badly, gave it a protective seal and gave me tips on how to keep it clean. He was very professional, patient and polite. He took the time to explain things to me and not treat me like a complete idiot. He cared for my house as if it was his. You can tell he's a family man trying to grow his family business. Oliver Twist Pressure Cleaning will definitely be coming back next year.
