Ward Roofing  was the highest of all three bids but had the best warranty from the shingle manufacturer (GAF).
Ward is an established contractor in South Florida area.
Very efficient operation.  Large crew arrived early in the morning, removed the old roofing material and replaced the weather damaged plywood sheets.  Covered the entire roof with tar paper all in one day minimizing the risk of rain and rain damage to an unprotected roof.
The second day three finish carpenters arrived and replaced all damaged facia and soffit wood.  The finish carpenters did an excellent job - good workmanship.  They sealed and painted a primer coat on the raw wood they installed.
The cost of the additional work for damaged wood was consistent with their estimate.
Two days later a crew of four showed up and installed the asphalt tiles.  Excellent job cleaning up daily.  Again - well organized, good operation.
Only problem was our plastic springler tank was broken during the removal of the roof.  An indemnification clause in the contract made that our responsibility.  While a new sprinkler tank was less than $ 50 and less than two hours time to purchase and replace, had our A/C compressor been broken the cost would have been $ K's.  The A/C compressor was only feet from the sprinkler tank.
I would only recommend Ward if the Buyer could get  the terms and conditions in their  contract modified to eliminate the indemnification clause or to limit the clause so that the homeowner would not bear the cost of a major accident such as to the air conditioner.  The homeowner's risk of damage is not limited based on their  existing contract language.
