I called this company on 5-2-17 for a repair on a small section of gas line near my generator. This guy Anthony tells me that they do these kinds of repairs. I told him that I had photos of the pipe and could send it to him. He gave me his cell number and I sent 4 photos to him. He never calls me back that day. An experienced plumber could give a price within 10 minutes even he didn't have the exact price of the pipes. The next day I call him and ask him why he didn't call me back. He gives me this excuse that his office girl had to go leave for a medical procedure, so he had to fill in at the office. So the whole day at the office and he couldn't get back to me ? I don't think so. Then he texts me the price of the repair. 5 times what other plumbers were asking ! I thought it was a typo error on his part. I asked him if this was the price, and he gives me this story that one of the parts was $300. Funny, another plumber told me the parts were only about $100, and that plumber got off his rear and came to my house. Do not call this ripoff company.

Everything was fine. They were fine. Very reputable. Good job, very happy. Its an plumber, I'm not having dinner with them. Fair prices, but every plumber is expensive.

Derrick did a great job replacing both toilets and left both bathrooms very clean and in perfect order.  I would recommend him for any plumbing job.

Eddie was prompt and told me before he started what steps would be involved.  I had a few questions which he answered to my full understanding.  He even answered a few plumbing questions unrelated to the job.  I learned a few things.  He also explained that, because the new water heater used less energy, I would have to have a lower amp breaker installed before the inspector signed off on the job.  He did not try to sell me anything or infer other plumbing work should be done.  I would call them again.

They did a fantastic job. They were on time and they came early. They did a beautiful job and the bathrooms are gorgeous. They were very nice and professional. It was really nice to work with them. The cleanup was pretty good. Their price was perfect and very reasonable.

I contacted this company several days ago, after I discovered my water heater was leaking, based upon their ad for a and quot;special all inclusiveand quot; price for a water heater replacement. When making my appointment with and quot;Anthonyand quot; by phone, I was asked to describe my water heater connections to the best of my knowledge. Please know that I am not familiar with water heater connections, but did my best to describe what I saw. I was told by Anthony that it looked like I qualified for the and quot;specialand quot;, but that this would be confirmed when the plumber showed up to make the replacement.
When the installer showed up (within the promised 2-hour window) he indicated that I did not have a and quot;basicand quot; installation, because I had a recirculating pump attached to my heater (two additional connections to the water heater - one at the top, and one at the bottom). The installer indicated that it appeared the pump was not functioning anyway, so I asked if he could simply cut the lines to the pump and cap them. He said that this would cost another $150, even though, by capping the lines, he would not be connecting them to the new water heater. I thought this was an excessive price for the apparent amount of work involved (cutting two pipes and capping them), so I dismissed the plumber and cancelled the order.
Just so you don't think I am crazy, please know that I immediately contacted another (licensed and insured) plumbing contractor who showed up at my house within one hour with a water heater -- who removed the non-functioning recirculating pump, capped the lines as I requested, installed/tested a new heater and removed the old one, for the same and quot;specialand quot; cost quoted by North County for a and quot;basicand quot; installation.
I am reluctant to use the term and quot;bait and switchand quot; to describe my experience with North County, although I feel their ad campaign is designed to do just that.

Came to my home Nov 2013 to install a faucet. A $150 quote quickly became $400! Asked him to leave. Went to Home Depot next day and got 2 adapters for $10 - then finished work myself.

I called after lunch on Dec 12th and they were able to come the same day. The tech was a little cocky but was very skilled at fixing the plumbing issue. In my opinion he was trying to work a little to fast and as a result knocked a hole in the opposite wall. It wasn't really a big deal as I put in an access panel to be able to look for leaks in the future. I have used Plumbers in the past and their prices seem to be slightly better. So far no additional leaks have shown up.

First off, I have an unusual installation.
Found them on Angie's list and called them. I requested a video camera which the operator said they had. I assumed that the hourly rate applied. ( I did not get a and quot;prequoteand quot; - my bad!) When the plumber arrived on time, he said he did not have the camera and they and quot;only use it once the pipe has been clearedand quot;. He did NOT have an assistant, and had no work gloves to use with the and quot;snakeand quot; so I lent him some gloves and stayed to assist handling the snake so it wouldn't tear up my bathroom fixtures. I should have dismissed him then, but....
After trying to clear the line, he called his supervisor and they discussed the problem for 30 minutes. He did not have a repair part for a PVC pipe he broke so he disappeared for 1 hour.
He did repair the broken pipe. I was gone to work by this time and he demanded my wife pay the $650 - she couldn't call me at work to confirm due to the nature of my job.
I called the office the next day to complain and the owner agreed to a rebate of $150, which I promply received. He stated that $650 was the normal flat rate for clearing a pipe.
However, the bank reported a and quot;Stop Paymentand quot; on the check.
I called the office and after a few calls another check was issued. I haven't heard yet whether it cleared the bank or not. The owner did call and apologize.
Overall, polite and prompt. Just get a firm quote upfront and make sure there is a and quot;two personand quot; team sent out for inside pipe cleaning.

I had purchased a new disposal from a different source and had North Country come out to install it. The plumber came on a Tuesday to install the unit. The work was completed. However, I discovered some issues the next day. North County sent out Don to address the issues the next day. Don did a fantastic job. All the issues were resolved. I was very happy.
In real life, things happen. A mark of good service is how a vendor deals with issues that arise. North County did an excellent job of service after the issues were discovered.

We thought it went very well, but we were in Michigan when they installed the air conditioner in our home in Palm Beach Gardens, so I can't tell you more.
