Within just days of moving in, we discovered so many problems with this home that were visible to the eye. The worst offense was the leak/water damage inside the home running all along the wall. This was started by a broken tile on the roof which caused water to accumulate on one side. Next to the broken tile was mold. And down the column from the leaky water was rust.
The inspector missed ALL of this. The roof tile, the rust, the mold and the water damage inside the home. The inspector claims that this damage (which I showed him with pictures) occurred in the weeks between inspection and closing. Common sense and 2 handymen suggest otherwise.
Now a few weeks after moving in, we continue to discover electrical lines which aren't working, damaged pavers throughout the home, non-working refridgerators in our patio, broken electronic window fixtures, broken shower fixtures, a significant bug problem...the list keeps going. The home we bought turned out to be neglected by its prior home owner - and too much of that neglect was completely missed by this home inspector.
I would never in my life refer this man/company to another person. We are extremely disappointed with this service.

We used him a second time after we and the seller could not agree on a final price after the appraisal in our first attempt to purchase a home. He was, as we knew from previous experience, early and very thorough. This time he did both the inspection and wind mitigation analysis. He gave us the a verbal report on the spot and the final, formal reports electronically with photos and full documentation later the same day.

It all went well, no problems at all

He went through the entire home inspecting each room which included all systems and structural aspects.  His submission report  was clear, easy to read and thorough.  The inspection was scheduled for 8 AM and we had the written report by 2 PM that day!
