Lissie has been working with us for over a month to help us find our first home. She's patiently taken us to multiple homes to view, helped explain all paperwork and updated us frequently on new information or homes in our price range/area to live.
She updates by our preferred method of contact and is willing to go out of her way to bring us paperwork if we're unable to come to her. We spoke to several other agents and felt she was the best one for us. She took in what we wanted and asked for and has found many things for us to review.
She is able to see us in off work times for us, and works around our schedule to help. She responds quickly to all inquiries and fully explains any answers to questions or any paperwork and fine print. We have put in offers on a few homes and not been accepted yet but she helps keep us realistic in our expectations. As first time home buyers we don't know all the ins and outs and she's been very instrumental in assisting us.
We have not closed on a home yet so this is an ongoing venture that we're sure she'll best help us get into the home we want in the area we need.
