The AC compressor and condensor were advertised as one-year old. The licensed air conditioning company inspecting the unit found it to be about 6 or 7 years old with corrosion, not installed on a building permit and not installed per the code. The indoor AC air handler, highly contaminated with mold per the test lab was 11 years old, again installed with no building permit.
The garager door was represented to meet the Dade County high wind building code. Contracted inspections revealed that it DID NOT meet the FBC wind code. Shutters were said to be on site to meet the wind code, they all failed to meet the building code standard.
In summary the realtor advertised in print PRISTINE, GRACIOUS and UPGRADED. The worst represented advertising I have encountered on a house for sale. I will never use these people, Lang Realty, Delray Beach, FL.

They have been very intuitive and very quick to respond. Overall it has been a good service. They have several locations. We have dealt with Perry Diamond. We are actually getting ready to use him for the short sale. He has been helping us facilitate the deal for the buyers. He is actually the buyers' realtors right now but we are about to use his services.
