They were a little sloppy when it came to tapping into our house, they had to drill holes through the house. They trenched a line in my back yard. I explicitly told them where I wanted the line but they dug it in a different location. When I talked to contractor, he didn't recognize the importance of change but over the course of a few conversations they came back and fixed everything at no charge. The installation inside was $1300 which I felt was reasonably priced, but line to the BBQ was $540 and I felt the cost was a bit inflated. They billed the BBQ change order.
