John G. Kilian has ben in business since 1994 here in south florida as a residential remodeler. I have had as many as 5 employees though right now 2 men perform most of the demolition, and reconstuction needed.subcontractors , licensed only are used in the mechanical and electrical phases as are roofing, blockmasons, tile setters , etc. in the developement of a good, safe remodel project Agreeing upon a price for the work that is suitable for both parties then a 22-25%deposit to begin work is required and later ---progress payments. There is no available financing or special promotions at this time.
We do offer "turnkey" operations or fully complete remodel jobs that require no asisstance from the owner to complete other than his funding the project. We can also take your remodel job to a specific place in its design and you can complete what's needed. One specialty we peform is in installing elevators in existing homes, We work with a local elevator co. --they provide the machinery and we do the remodeling! we have many happy customers and great refernces for all our jobs
