Once the project was completed, I wanted to inspect everything before he delivered them. He insisted that everything was exactly as I had requested and that if there was anything that need to be adjusted or changed that he would come out and take care of it. Up to that point he was quick to return my calls and answer questions. He even sent me pics of the project as he was making it.
I didn't get a chance to inspect the items when he dropped them off. When I contacted him and told him that the steel verticals that were welded on were crooked and not level as well as there being holes that weren't drilled properly and in line, he got annoyed. He didn't have the decency to answer my call and instead told me via text that I had too many complaints and to take my business somewhere else. He refused to correct his poor workmanship. Poor workmanship + terrible business practices.. If you need a good professional welder, find someone else.
