He wasn't so good on the gutter guards. I think he isn't comfortable with heights, but he had a friend help and it worked out fine. He did an excellent job on the shower and set up the hurricane shutters before the storm and at a reasonable price. Howard is honest, professional, punctual and generally good. If he doesn't feel comfortable with a project, he will tell you.

They were very prompt, kind, courteous and happy to teach me a few things. They pointed out some things that I need to do to prevent some other unrelated problems that will arise. They aren't licensed plumbers so they said I should call one for those issues. I really like that. They seem to care. Their rate is $35/hr, min 2 hrs. Really nice guy and his brother. As my granny would say, "good ol' country boys." Will definitely call again.

It went great. Howard always showed up when he said he would. If he had a delay, he would call well ahead of time. He was courteous and prices were very reasonable even with some on the fly redesign due to some minor design changes. Eventually, he made a well built, strong, and quite functional permanent fence and gate system that looks as intended. Howard was easy to work with, flexible, and communicated very well about job, materials pickup, and scheduling work at our home. I gave a tip because he and his crew did such a good job salvaging my design when it looked like it might not be strong enough. (the fence/gate system is quite sturdy) I cannot more highly recommend Handyman Howard and his small crew. They were a pleasure to work with and even picked up all the large materials I purchased at Home Depot because I could not get it home on my own. My project is now painted and looks fantastic.

The Provider showed up at the scheduled time and date. The job was simply to do some minor calking on a master bathroom shower, to prevent tiles from leaking. The provider has a two hour minimum rate, which I knew about when I hired him. He came with his assistant who performed the actual work, which took maybe 20 minutes at most. After I looked at the work some time later, I noticed that they missed an area that was supposed to be calked. I called the next day, and the provided came the following day to complete the task, at no additional cost. I was disappointed that the work was not completed correctly the first time. I don't think I will use this provider again.

It would have been greatly appreciated to have been made aware at that time that it was still not satisfactory and everything possible would have been done to rectify the situation then and there. I needed to replace a chandelier in a 2-story entrance. After weeks of waiting to hear back from another handyman about when his tall ladder would be available and then finding out it wasn't tall enough, I got a quote from an electrician for $$$$$. When I called Howard, someone answered, gave me the info and set up the appointment. He came with someone else, they checked what size ladder was needed, rented it and installed the chandelier no problem. A few chains weren't hanging properly and they went back up to make sure it was perfect. Since there was a 2 hour minimum, I had them hang a rod in my laundry room too. Would definitely use again!!!

It went well. He and his brother worked hard and got everything done timely and for a fair price. They also fixed a few other small things for free. I recommend using him and would certainly use him again in the future.

The work went very well. After completing the requested task, he checked our other closet shelves and found a primary bracket which was pulling out of the wall. Essentially, he found another accident waiting to happen. He and his assistant put that bracket back into the wall securely and added bracing to several other closet shelves. The overall work was completed in a timely manner and the cost of all the work was very reasonable.
