He didn't finish the work, he caused damages of which he did not repair. He broke a shower door, didn't replace it. He charged more money up front than he should have, about 80%. He only finished about half of what he contracted to do. He would not return my phone calls, didn't return the $100 he said he would give me as credit toward the door. He ruined caulking on my kitchen counter.
