I don't believe an overall comment deals with the problem we had with this company.  I would warn people to avoid this company if they are looking for complete satisfaction.

Overall this company lies and they could care less if you are happy with them. They are AROGENT and Stupid, they treat you like you are Stupid. In the strongest Terms I can think of I would tell everybody never to do business with GREENWISE. They are not too WISE!!!!!!!!!!!

Greenwise Landscape Management made a lot of promises but was short on delivery.  We had used the company for years before the current owners took over.  The quality and timeliness of work being performed was significantly lacking and therefore we decided to terminate our business relationship.  My wife was yelled at over the phone by the current owner who would not listen to our reasoning or honor our stated desire to end the relationship in a civil manner.
Following this termination, they sent us a bill out of the blue for a series of tasks that may or may not have been performed, but certainly were never contracted or agreed to ahead of time. 
Since we did not want or authorize the work to be done and could not even verify that it was actually performed, we refused to pay the exhorbitant amount sent in the resulting invoice.  When I communicated to them on the phone that we would not pay these unauthorized charges, the owner became extremely angry and beligerant.  After several months of no communication, they left us a voicemail threatening to place a lien on our home and are not accepting or returning phone calls to discuss it.
