Bill responded quickly. This was a difficult task as the source of the odor was not evident. At first, rather than tear up the plumbing, he came to the house and advised us (at no charge) that the problem was probably pest-related. An exterminator came out and told us that was not the case, that it was a plumbing problem. Bill came back and spent the whole day finding the source of the odor. When he couldn't find the problem in the plumbing, he went through the attic and roof and found that it was indeed a rodent problem as a grate was missing from an eave. Rather than tell us to call the exterminator, Bill fixed the problem himself and helped us address the odor problem. We have used Bill for plumbing installation and repair in the past and he always shows the same dedication to getting the job done on time in a very high quality fashion. He is one of the most reliable contractors I have ever dealt with. I recommend him very highly.
