Excellent job by David and his crew. Prompt on issuing a quote and follow-up with the work that was done. They came back for a second day to be sure that the work was done properly. Seemed quite thorough and customer focused which was a relief. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of David Restrepo and his team. His free inspection showed me exactly what work was needed. His estimate of the extent and cost of the work was a worst case target. His team was exceptional in doing the work, cleaning up and communicating with me with pictures of the fixes throughout the 4 day process. I do and have recommend this team for tile roof repairs.

The job was well done by experts, the manager was on site and explained what was the problem and how it was repaired. The roofers came back couple of days later to ensure that the leak problem is solved.

I was extremely pleased with the repair work that David and his team at Builders of America performed in order to take care of a leak in my roof. There was torrential rain on Sunday January 27th 2019, and a leak developed in the ceiling of the master bedroom. At 9 am on Monday morning I called two of the largest roof repair companies listed in the Angie’s List monthly publication, and in both cases got their voicemail, left messages, and didn’t receive call backs from either company until late Monday afternoon. I decided to try one more call, and that’s when I called Builders of America. David answered the phone immediately (no voicemail) and said he would come over between 11:30 and 1 pm to look at the roof and assess the situation. He was at my house right on the dot at 11:30, and had a helper on the roof while he went into the attic to see where the leak was coming from. David took multiple photos for me to look at, showed me where the leak was coming from, and gave me an estimate for what the repairs would cost. I thought the estimate was fair and gave him the go-ahead. The best part was that David and his crew showed up the next day and did an excellent job repairing the roof. David documented each step of the repairs with photos that he texted me showing their progress. I was very impressed with the work that was performed, with David, and with his team, and am happy to recommend David and Builders of America without reservation.

While pressure cleaning, Dave noticed some damage on the facia. He fixed and painted the damaged parts. I like that Dave does not use any chemicals on the the roof. Excellent job. Job was done in a timely manner. I would call him first if I see anything wrong with my roof. He was honest.

It went great! David is one of the nicest, most professional, and most responsible people that I have ever worked with. We have been having constant, terrible rain, and I was in the process of getting my folk's house ready to sell, and suddenly there was a roof leak. I could not get any roofer to call me back, because they were all swamped with work. I checked Angie's List, and found David Restrepo and Builders of America. He answered the phone when I called, and I explained that I was really in a spot, as the house could not be shown with a roof leak. He was working on another job, and he came over right after that, that same day. He first fixed the leak, and then I decided to do a roof reinforcement so that the roof would be in good shape, but the rain was so frequent, and so heavy at times, for days on end, that David was held up from working. Every couple of days he texted me to tell me when he thought he would be back, and I realized that I was not his only client, so I appreciated that he let me know that he did not forget me. Today, David and the fellows just finished the roof, and he texted me before and after pictures. They do great work. I thought the price was very fair, and when you meet someone who is so pleasant, so conscientious, and so organized...well, he and his guys are terrific! I cannot say enough good things about them. I am going to also do a roof reinforcement on my house in the fall, and I wouldn't use anyone but Builders of America. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
