Accurate Building Maintenance has served Palm Beach Co. for 15 years. We have a staff of eight employees and our office will always answer our phones. We give free written estimates and discounts for repeat business. Our field staff is well trained and polite. We carry General Liability, Workers Comp and we are Bonded.

James and Sam, the gentlemen who completed the job were very nice and respectful. Unfortunately, there was not an attention to detail that should have been and that was promised. When I called to inquire about the lack of attention to detail I was met with extreme defensiveness and was told to both “shut up” and that I was “hysterical”. I am shocked and dissappointed that a company would ever speak to a customer like that. My windows are both stained and old, but there were debris left on the frames and smudges in all the corners after inspection on my part. A repeat wash was refused. Disappointed to have received sub par service (and being spoken to in a most disrespectful manner) after settling on one of our highest bids. Consumers beware, if you are interested in giving your money to a top-notch company who will go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience, KEEP LOOKING.

"The owner offered to visit the residence to perform a complete inspection of the work completed. We performed a standard washing as contracted but a majority of the glass needs to be completely replaced. The owner was constantly interrupted (with foul language heard throughout the office) during his explanation regarding the 'etched' windows and his attempts to calm Mrs. [Member Name Removed] and resolve the situation."

Company was hired to wash 15 exterior windows and power wash the driveway. The driveway was cleaned but the end of driveway was left w/ standing dirty water. The back and front porches had plexiglass enclosed windows. The windows on the back porch were washed but the windows on the back door, which had regular glass,were not washed. The windows on the front porch were not cleaned at all. ( I was told by worker that plexiglas does not clean well & screens were not removable so they did not clean them. ). THE 10 regular window tracks were still dirty after the crew finished . When asked about cleaning the tracks before crew began, worker said they usually "wipe them down". They all still look dirty to me.

"We are unhappy that you are not satisfied with the quality of service and the price. The office manager was in communication with you through Angie's list within 24 hours, by phone and email on numerous occasions so we are a little confused about the low grade on responsiveness. Our office is staffed so phone calls are answered or returned within an hour if occasionally missed. A pre-paid contract was purchased by you through Angie's list so the price was determined prior to service. Because you were unhappy with the additional pressure cleaning services we 'refunded' your money by not depositing your check. The description of services (Standard Washing of Windows) does not include cleaning of the shutter tracks but a 'wipe down' of the frames is always part of the process. We are unable to clean any windows when the screens are not removable and Plexiglass degrades with sunlight and gets milky over time and won't come clean with any solvent."

Both roof and driveway now look immaculate. Owner takes pride in his company as he stopped by after the work was completed in addition to following up with an email thanking me for my business. Highly recommend this business.

I was very impressed with Jaime and his co-worker. They were on time, very organized, efficient and friendly. They did a great job pressure washing our cement driveway and sidewalks. It's almost embarrassing to realize how dirty they were now that they're clean! We saw a neighbor asking for their business card while they were working. Hopefully they get more business as more neighbors see what a great job they did on my property. I highly recommend Accurate Building Maintenance!

They did a good job. That was my first time using them. They were available quickly. He came out and was able to fix the problem quickly. They did a great job but there was just a couple of areas they missed on my back porch like not getting the spider webs off the top. Other than that everything was great.

Doug D presented a very fair estimate after thoroughly viewing the property. Service was extremely prompt - phone calls, emails, written estimate, and visits to home. The crew was outstanding - efficient, professional, clean, knowledgeable, and respectful. It was a great experience, my place looks fantastic (almost like new), their products/equipment seem great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Important to keep up with this type of maintenance, and I highly recommend this company.

I really can't express the quality of service I received. I called 3 companies before ABM and didn't get call backs for 6-12 hours. I called ABM and got the machine, I didn't even leave a message but I received a call back in under 10 minutes with an apology for missing my call. They have a staffed office so their response time is impressive. After I confirmed I wanted a quote, the company's owner went to my house to look at the work and got back to me within 2 hours!
I had a very strict time table (work had to be done within a week), and I work a standard 9-5. They were able to get me in within a few days with an 8:30 appointment. The owner, Doug, came to my house to introduce me to the crew and go over the work before it was done. They told me they would handle moving any furniture in the way and to let them handle everything.
The quote was very reasonable for the work done; pressure washing of my roof, driveway and patio as well as a fungicidal treatment. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call on the day of the job correcting my total with the Angie's List discount that I had forgotten. The office manager, Scott, was a pleasure to work with.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. I might have been able to get this done a little cheaper (probably not by much!), but there is no way I could have found a company to give me such a convenient, easy, and professional experience.

Four staff members were assigned to the job They washed all the windows on the inside and then proceeded to the outside. They did an excellent job.

I couldn't be more please with the results. The crew arrive promptly at 8:30 am, as promised and started work immediately. The owner of the company also showed up and introduced himself, which I thought was extremely considerate. While he was there, I asked him to give me a quote on my driveway and windows and by early afternoon the quote was on my computer. To my surprise his prices were much better than the companies, that I had used in the past.
When the work was complete, the crew asked me to check out the areas that they had cleaned and asked, if I was satisfied with the results. WOW, this is to good to be true, but it actually happened. I sent them over to my next door neighbors and they too had their roof cleaned and were very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to any of our friends and neighbors.
