For some reason they thought that they would get it. Maybe they thought they had our backs against a wall. But, when we told them in no uncertain terms, "No," they walked off of the job.
They had completed terrible work on the backyard; so, there was no way that I was going to pay them in full and pray that their work would improve.
Sorry, gentlemen; but no one should have to bear your strong-arm business methods and shoddy workmanship .
