My husband and I rented from 624 Homes for 3 years. In that time the Homeowner was alomst foreclosed on, and repairs were not made as asked. We had major issues with the water softner system and after two weeks of emails and phone calls they finally had someone come and look at it. When the company received the estimate for repairs it took them another two weeks to tell us the homeowners were now going to handle it themselves. What is the purpose of the property management company if they are not handling the property???? And when repairs were fixed the companies they used to fix them were unprofessional slobs who I am sure they hired because they were the cheapest. So for the past 6 months we have been taking showers in water that smells like rotten eggs and pulling into a driveway full of huge potholes because they also would not get those filled. To top that off we have once again started getting notices that the homeowners are behind on the mortgage payments. When I called property manager to report it, it took weeks before I got a response. Needless to say we are not renewing our lease and would advise anyone else not to rent from these people.
