lawn maintenance- lawns shall be mowed edged and weedwacked and all hard areas blown free of grass trimmings, mowing will be determined based on the horticultural standard for the turf variety and season. landscape maintenance and mulching/shrub pruning as well as hard landscaping, sod and plant installation are provided, this shall be weekly during the rainy season and every two weeks during the other seasons. during extended rainy or dry periods mowing will take place as conditions dictate
