 + -1 moreAfter a month of calling Danielle, she finally stopped answering my calls. The last time I talked to her on the phone she actually laughed at me, "oh yea, we'll be right out, ha ha ha"!! I told her I still have her itemized list for the work and I want our $600 dollars back for the work they refused to do. It is now December and I have not heard from them. I went to the police and they said I could file a complaint in small claims court but it probably isn't worth it. They also suggested I call the Better Business Bureau, which I will do. These people are con artists, I bet they will soon change the name of their trimming business if they get a hard time by the Better Business Bureau. They have a website but NO mention of a business address or last names of either Danielle or David. Beware of Titan Tree Works and Danielle and David or she will soon be laughing at you on the phone....
Description of Work: Titan Tree Works, run by a brother and sister name Danielle and David, gave me an itemized estimate of $1050.00 to drop 4 dead trees, 2 pine trees, and trim an oak tree. The 2 pines near the house are hugh, they gave me a price of $600 for the two. They cut down and trimmed the "easy" trees but told me they would have to come back to drop the 2 pine trees near our home. Danielle told me they returned once while I was at work with a lift truck but still couldn't do the job, I doubt they ever returned?
