If we could extend an A+ rating we would!
Jim & his crew were extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and talented.
As some Florida homeowner's know - walls are not straight, floors may be cracked and not really level, and corners are rarely 90 degrees. The Tile Masters team handled all of the underlying structural anomalies, corrected those that they could on the floors and when reconstructing the walls of the new walk-in shower.
Mr. Bremel always communicated with us on: 1) what work they were going to do in advance of doing it, 2) when they would be on site, 3) what work they had accomplished at the end of each day, and 4) next steps in the care & maintenance of the installed products.
They treated our home with respect while working in it. Shoes were wiped off before entering, care was taken while moving in / among the existing walls & cabinets, etc.
All we can say about the new floors, master bath shower & wall tile is - WOW!
