got a quote two days prior and assumed it would be good . asked for an oil change quote for synthetic oil on a 2015 Avalon . Was quoted $54.00. Brought my car in a couple days later and assumed it would be same price and even gave them the filter figuring they would reduce the price SOME , $11.00 filter cost to me at Walmart. . All said and done he wrote it up at $ 71.dollars and change. I said wow that's high ! His response it took 7 quarts. .Explicitive WT_ I am thinking but did not verbalize a__ wipe that car takes 6.4 U.S. Quarts as per the manual. O.K WHAT ABOUT THE FILTER I PROVIDED. HE SAYS, I took off the cost of a quart of oil. He says they try to remain competitive and that the dealers gets $80.something for an oil change. I called Toyota and they know how much oil it takes and they quoted me 53.00 bucks. THIS STORE IS A RIP OFF AND THIS GUY THAT OWNS IT CAN NOT CONNECT THE DOTS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF IF HE THINKS HE CAN . THANK YOU ANGIES LIST . AND YOU SIR CAN GO FLY A KITE AND SHOULD RETIRE YOUR UGLY OLD A__ CAUSE IT IS NOT RIGHT WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU CAN I expected to get treated fairly and did not mention the prior quote . If you go in there expect to be ripped off. I also heard him on phone with other customer that he quoted for something and they were noticeably upset as well. I hope That $twenty something dollars you ripped me off comes back to bight you . !!!!!!!

They did a terrific job. We took the car there with no appointment as it was an emergency (no brakes). They checked us in immediately, called us within 2 hours with an estimate, and we had our van back the next morning. Both Harold and Steve were gracious and accommodating, answering all of my wife's questions

Everything was done right when they said it would and was done correctly. There were no surprises and the price was great.

I have not used them for five years; I will not use them again.
