Stone and Gravel Service
I contracted the work in July 2007. It was scheduled to begin Aug. 15th. Gary did not show up that day. I called and was told he had scheduled another job that week and that he would come sometime the following week. I was less than pleased. The job was not completed on time either. I had to keep calling to find out when he would show up. There was always an excuse why he couldn't. I was told the driveway would look "like new" when he was done. Instead it looks like a lumpy patch job. I mentioned my concern and was told it would "settle", but there may be lumps because the cracks were deep. If I had known that from the start I wouldn't have spent the $. Patio: Stamped concrete is a disappointment. Looks nothing like the picture I selected. Color is wrong and the "antiquing" looks like globs of paint randomly sprayed. The pictures look great, but that's all. The dark outline in the grooves is non-existent. So it looks like colored concrete rather than stone work. Waste of $.

"VERY UNFAIR AND DECEIVING REPORT. FIRST OF ALL THIS CUSTOMER RESCHEDULED OUR INITIAL START DATE DUE TO FURNITURE MOVERS DELAY. IN AN EVENT LIKE THIS, ONE CANNOT EXPECT MY COMPANY TO STAND STILL. WHEN A CUSTOMER WANTS TO RESCHEDULE, IT WOULD BE BASED ON MY AVAILABILITY AT THAT POINT. SECONDLY, THIS CUSTOMER PRAISED THE OUTCOME OF THE STAMP JOB, THIS REPORT IS THE FIRST THAT I AM HEARING ABOUT HER DISAPPOINTMENT. ALSO, MY COMPANY TAKES 50% DOWN AND THE BALANCE PAYABLE UPON COMPLETION. IF SHE WAS NOT PLEASED SHE DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ME, WHICH SHE DID. AGAIN NEVER RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP CALL ABOUT ANY COMPLAINTS. THIS IS NEWS TO ME. ALSO MY COMPANY RECEIVED ANOTHER JOB IN HER STREET BASED ON THE RESULTS OF HER JOB. I DON'T THINK IF IT WAS AS BAD AS REPORTED THAT I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ANOTHER JOB FROM IT. REGARDS"
