Space Coast Screens is an amazing company with amazingly talented installers. My screen looks so good. They answered all of our questions and the office helped get my HOA approval. Our experience was seamless. Loved that I had an actual fireman on my job!! Thank you Brett and Space Coast Screens!!

I do not recommend this Company. They were hired as a third party vendor through Martin Pools to install our super gutter and screenroom. Needless to say, they do not stand by thier work and will not come out to address installation issues. We have waited well over a year for them to correct installation issues and will not come out. We ended up having to hire a company to fix issues that they did not do during the install such crimping amd sealing the end caps and cut the proper size hole for the downspouts as we only had a 1” hole for a 5” super gutter so water would pour over. Do not use this company.

This company is dishonest and does not honor their contracts. They took over $3k downpayment March 2014 and we didn't hear back from again until I started calling in June questioning why we hadn't heard from anyone or seen any work started. They used every excuse in the book.....blamed their workers, the town of Palm Bay, even the weather.....apparently they didn't know it rains in Florida each afternoon in the Summer time. They finally started work in July!
Their website claims they don't subcontract out their work; not only DO they - but they sub out to guys who do inferior work and dont finish the job; then Space Coast Screens still wants to get paid. They actually claimed NOT TO KNOW THE GUY they sent to do my cement work.......the SAME guy they sent to pick up the downpayment money back in March.. When I said I'm not paying until the job is completed correctly, they put a lien on my house; now I'm spending crazy money on lawyers to defend myself when I've done nothing wrong!
It is sad the town allows them to put a lien on people's homes without any justification or notification to the homeowner. After researching this company more after we filed lawsuit, it appears they have been in and out of court with NUMEROUS clients these past two years. I've spoken to at least three of those clients and they said part the court settlement required them to take down their YELP and other consumer feedback / review sites. That leaves the rest of the public UN-AWARE these folks are crooks, so they can keep doing it again.
By the way, the cement crook they partner with is Michael Payton, and he changes his company name frequently after he gets sued or rips off people. His contractors license was "involuntarily revoked" a few years back, and so he partners with companies like Space Coast Screen so he can work under their license (which is illegal as well) From my research, it appears his new company name is RRC Development Company, or StampPro.Net (321) 610-1006
Be sure to check the Brevard County Clerk of Courts for more information on their pending court cases with past clients who had similar issues with them.....because I thought I had researched them sufficiently before hiring them however the fact their lawyer forces the client to pull down their YELP posts, puts the rest of us Consumers at risk. Pathetic the Town Of Palm Bay still issues them licenses...........they MUST know by now that Mr. Walter Wykowski and his wife Ilene from Space Coast Screens are ripping off their residents; why don't they take action as well? It's disturbing this company has been able to stay in business this long by forcing their unsatisfied clients to BE QUIET. I will not. NOT BE QUIET so hopefully us hard working, honest people have the information they need so they can spend their money with QUALITY CONTRACTORS and not crooks.

I felt they were excellent. Their timeliness was right on schedule. Everything was as I would expect from a business.
