Mover took great care with my things yet still managed the time most efficiently. He allowed me to be involved in the process and made great suggestions. It felt like working with a teammate, not a hire. Very respectful and attentive. The service was professional and he was well prepared. He had all the proper equipment necessary for the job and safety was a priority at all times. Everything was very convenient: the pricing, the appointment time, even the order in which we wanted the furniture moved. Satisfied customer over here. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. A+ solid work!

I used these guys before and would again. In fact this was the 3rd time.  They are quick and efficient.  Everything was handled with care and a cheerful attitude.

It went very well.  We have used them twice and will use them again.  Very glad to find these guys. Compared to the movers we used coming down here these guys were champs.  Friendly, efficient and knew their business.

I called this company the day of the unloading,about 9am, because, all the other mover helpers were booked with appointments. I was lucky enough that this moving company was in the area, already. I was able to call them at 9am, and as soon as the previous job was completed, they came to the home, at 10:30am. They worked about 2 hours until 12:30pm. There was no minimum for the amount of hours this company had to work, either. The movers, were very careful moving all our things, and setting them up inside our new home. There was even moving carpets to keep everything from being scratched. This is one of the best moving experiences I had, ever. I will update this review when I can find the correct spelling of these 2 labor helpers. Also, there was a review that says they do not take credit cards. This review was not correct. This company had no problems taking my credit card. It says in their listing they do not take checks, or American Express Cards. However, not too many people take checks, and American Express, anyways.

To start off I never got the call a few days before the service, like you are supposed to. I finally called Elite Labor to make sure they were coming, and I was assured they were. When the day came, they called about an hour before hand and got directions. They showed up on time, and were fairly professional. Normally the unloading takes less, but even with myself and wife helping the unloading too as long as it did to load my whole 2000sqft house which included the time to wrap all the furniture, etc. So it seems to go slower than the movers who loaded.
When it came time to pay, this is when things went south. I get out my check book, and write a check - and quot;Sorry we don't take checksand quot;....ok, so I pulled out my American Express, He takes my info and starts writing it down (no scanner or imprint machine), when he is done he says and quot;sorry I did not realize this was an american express, we get charged extra and I have to and quot;call them inand quot; and he wouldn't take it. This is against the hiring Company and quot;Elite Moving Laborsand quot; policy as they say they take ALL MAJOR credit cards. Pretty much they just wanted CASH! Lucky I had that much cash from selling some things before the move.
I have reported the refusal to take my CC to Elite Moving Labor which is who hires and licenses them to work as Elite.
They left me a few cards, and I threw them in the trash for their and quot;cash onlyand quot; move.
I would look elsewhere.

Overall, they were great. They were very efficient and speedy on the job. They were on time and very professional. They did not waste any time in getting things done and we plan on using them again in the future.
