They have been excellent and I have not had had any problems with them at all. They are very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Asked for have an older car inspected, repaired and made safe to drive. They found many things wrong, but did a very poor job of communicating and repairing the items. They also found needed body work. Stated they would farm body work out to another shop, but then decided they CAN DO IT AT 15 THOUSAND dollars,,,,yes 15 THOUSAND dollars!! It needed floor panels. a 2k job typically. They returned the car after 2k in repairs and the car still leaked oil, gas and trans fluid. Instructions were to repair all. Also, the car ran out of gas on the way home and had to be towed back to the shop. Returned the car for 800 more in repairs. Then it still leaked more oil and ttrans fluid than when it entered this shop. Quality had 4 men employed: shop manager, owner and two mechanics. One mech quit during the job. How can one mechanic support 3 employees. Owner tried to sell more service. I got car running and took to another shop. This shop is not to be trusted.

I just moved into town and needed a good mechanic.They are just as important as a good doctor or dentist.My 2001 Toyota Tundra had a check engine light on.I logged onto Angie's List and found Quality Auto Service at the top of the page with all A ratings.I called their number and talked with Joe and explained my problem.He said bring the truck in and we will take a look at it.When I arrived at the garage I was surprised to find the facility extremely clean and orderly.I introduced myself to Joe and we discussed the repairs.Joe was a real down to earth friendly person.He was very easy to talk with and not intimidating like some mechanics I have delt with.Joe asked when I needed my truck back and he assured I would have it back much sooner.I was shocked when I saw the final bill for the repairs.It was such a small amount. I thought he made a mistake.He assured me that was the price.I paid Joe for the repairs and left a small tip.I let Joe know I will be a returning customer in the future.

I only trust Bobby or John to touch my cars we have had a transmission rebuilt a rear end put in my Camero Conv. And belts tune ups and now an A/C Compressor.

They are wonderful and we have been with them for almost 15 years. We have moved with them as they have moved; you don't find good mechanics very often. I have recommended them a number of times. They are very honest and sometimes tell us that certain things don't need to be fixed right now; they can wait until later. I trust them. They provide rental cars if necessary.
