My husband still goes there. But I am a pain management patient and they have a physical therapist that works there as trainer that is the reason I go there. I cannot afford a physical therapist and I needed to have a physical therapy done three times a week and just one month pay for their services was like one visit to the physical therapist. So that is why I went with them. But when I fell and injured my hand. I just a carpal tunnel surgery done and I have not been back yet until my doctors clears me that I can go back. I need a therapy for my knees because my knees are still swollen and I use a cane to work around.
It is a great facility.

Our insurance pays for it. The people in there are very professional. I would recommend them. They do a good job.

I really like their group fitness classes. That's primarily what I go to the gym for. I've been there for several years and will continue going.

The other gyms in the area are kind of gross. The place is clean and they have a pretty decent amount of equipment. It is close to one of the hospitals so it is kind of a rehab gym I think for a lot of people. They usually replace it if the equipment is broken. They are fine. They are a little more expensive than some of the other ones in the area.

This form is not applicable to the Health First Fitness as it is a fitness center. they also have physical therapy, message, whirlpool, swimming pool and daycare. But most people, like myself, only use the fitness part. They have fitness classes, a room where there is all kinds of equipment, weights, etc. This form does not really rate these services. it only is for doctor's offices. I think its a really poor form to fill out.
There classes are excellent. Although every teacher does things totally different. So if you are taking STRONG it will be a totally different from each instructor. If you are taking CORE and MORE, some instructors i can not do anything they are doing, and others I do okay. Overall the classes are great. They are various times. However, if you work a 9-5 job, there is not much offered for you. And even if you get off at 3:00 or 4:00 there needs to be more offered after that. The instructors are great. There are four faciilities. The Palm Bay Facility has the least classes, no pool. I have attended classes with two instructors there. It is okay. I asked for a tour and was told by a man sitting around doing nothing that I would have to make an appt. and the soonest was in 2 days. There were two people basically doing nothing that could have given me a tour. The Melbourne facility is much better. A much nicer shower room, looks nicer, much larger, etc. Far more classes are offered in Melbourne at more times of the day (still not enough in the evening). There are also more instructors to choose from, a pool with classes in aqua fitness. The Melbourne people seem to be more willing to give tours. My only complaint is that there is not enough equipment for everyone if a lot of people show up for the STRONG classes. There are not enough weights at the 4-7 pound range. Several people have mentioned this to the person who does this and were told that there are enough people should take fewer. But in reality some people need different weights for different exercises. Also, when you take a tour of the independent exercise room (I don't know what it is called) they don't show you everything. You have to pay a personal trainer i was told to show you more. Other than that the facility is great. Interestingly, the facility in Viera, which is where the wealthy people live is the fanciest. I have only gone 3 times but everything is nicer there. The shower room is like you're at a fancy spa. The towels I think are better quality but for sure more centrally located. This one is really top notch. Overall I really like Pro-health and fitness and the instructors are the best part. I would like more beginning pilates and Yoga classes.

There are several of them around. There is one in the Bay area too; that's the Taj Mahal. It is brand new; they have everything there. I would give the one I go to a C. There is usually fitness machines that are not working or problems in the dressing rooms. Some of that needs to be upgraded or fixed so its a little bit problematic. I think the price is a little expensive for what you're getting. There are cheeper ones in town and they have brand new equipment. I don't know for sure yet if we will continue to use them. We are still trying to decide if we'll go somewhere else.

We belong to them. They have regular gym that we can work out. They have lots of equipments. It doesn't seem to be different when one goes. It doesn't seem to be too long of a wait to do a routine. I seem to do an easy flow with my routine. I don't tend to have to sign in and wait for a machine. They play good music and keep us feeling nice. Their staff is on hands. The trainers and so forth are on hands. If I have any question, they can stop and walk us through it. They do have several classes throughout the day and evening, if we wanted to go. They have swimming and aerobics or any has an injury; they have so much to offer. They offer massages. They have a little store to buy materials that we would need to work out and so forth. Everyone has a very positive attitude there. They never had any negative inclination with anyone there. They have four different locations. I visited all four of them. I tend to like where I go. It is always clean. The machines are working, so passes are always available. We can choose the schedule that we need.
