Showed up went to the back of the house through the fence without letting us know, dug three large holes to find the tank, which we could have told them where it was. Then did a 30 minute test in 10 minutes, put the lid on, then instead of filling in the top stole some pavers from the walkway and threw on top of the tank. Then as they were cleaning up to go I noticed them cleaning the hose on my driveway right in front of the front door. Now to top it off they had pulled into the driveway with their very large truck and broke about 40 feet of the driveway, all because they drove off the driveway, then claimed I told them they could do that. So now I'm stuck with a $4000 concrete bill all because they were too stupid to know their truck not only couldn't drive on 4 inch concrete, but drove off the concrete which is what really started the break. First why would they even ask, if they asked, to drive on concrete they know they would break, and what type of driving skills did the driver have not so stay on the concrete, I back a trailer out of the driveway all the time with a full sized truck and never go off the concrete. Also it was just over 100 feet from the road to the tank, so there was no reason when they had 300 feet on the truck, pure lazy, terrible service. Be careful, they won't ask, they will just back their truck up the driveway, our situation they went off the driveway on both sides into the plants, very bad driver.

Stay away from this company. If you need to have a septic system inspected prior to buying a home call literally anyone else. Doing a poor inspection and leaving someone stuck with a massive repair bill is one thing, but flat out ignoring you and going to every possible length to avoid rectifying their mistake is disgusting. Save yourself the headache and money. UPDATE AS OF 01/20/2021: Update from prior review: Kyle finally called me a week ago making promises of getting the issues resolved. Told me I would receive a quote and he would come out to my home the following Tuesday to "take measurements" and discuss. Today is Tuesday and he was a no show. No response about the quote either. Multiple emails and messages with the secretary staff and I am again being avoided. Seriously use ANY other septic company if you don't want to get swindled.

I called and they were able to come out the next day. Arrived when promised and guys were professional and courteous. Cleaned up after completed job. Would highly recommend them!

The own did excellent work re-placing the sump pump and was very reliable in completing the job. My sump pump failed on a Thursday, and the owner made sure he came out the next day to determine the problem. He pumped out my sump pump tank to hold us over for the weekend, then returned Monday morning in the rain to finish the job. Also, he was willing to work with me on the price to include a full septic tank pump and give me a discount if I dug the two holes to the septic tank. I will have them come out for now on to address all my septic tank issues.

They pumped two septic tanks for us. They were prompt and were able to get to use quickly and get the job done quickly. It was great.

they did a good job, they were on time and polite. I think that the cost was a bit high for what they did but it was a thorough job and they answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Shawn and Doug arrived on time and called 30 minutes ahead. They were very professional, efficient, and cooperative. Shawn was skilled driving his truck into an awkward place. He answered all questions and  replaced the grass over the tank.  I was very pleased with his service.

The two men arrived right on-time and went right to work. They both were very courteous and very informative. A large bush had grown over the tank cover and it had to be removed before they could even get started. They carefully removed it and replaced it and the sod back before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

Shawn Owen was on time, and with $15 coupon, dug out septic tank top, opened and pumped out refuse and black water, inspected tank, rinsed out tank, replaced dirt and sod.  Shawn was helpful in answering any questions  I asked and I would definitely use his service again and refer him to anyone  who needs his service.
