They gave the best price and super service. Unbelievably they showed up right on time at 9:30 and they were completely finished by 5:30. Outstanding professional craftsmen and I would definitely hire them again!

It took about 5-6 weeks to get an appointment scheduled because they do such great work and are so popular. They did a FANTASTIC job and had finish in a half a day! I would recommend them to anyone!

there was a total lack of communication between the owner and us; the roof/ceiling extension looks horrible in my opinion - in his opinion it doesn't; the workmen were excellent and extremely responsive to us; the windows and door are high quality; the owner said that the problem with the ceiling was outlined in the drawing he gave us - i'm not an architect; i told him i thought he had a responsibility to tell us when we signed the contract that there was going to be an issue and he never did; when the job was almost done we called him to come over and i told him i was not pleased (to say the least) and he couldn't understand why i wasn't happy; he at least made it white where it doesn't stand out much (in his opinion); when company comes over and sees the ceiling they won't need to worry about a recommendation - like he said - his work speaks for itself
Response from Palm Bay Aluminum
"There is no problem with the ceiling (or roof). The issue is that there is a building code required pitch in the new roof. The pitch was outlined in the drawings that I supplied to the homeowner at the same time I provided a written estimate. All roofs must have a pitch for water run-off. This project passed all required municipal inspections."

Three fellow showed to replace the Florida glass on ceiling of my entryway. Florida glass is a screening that is covered with a waterproof material, The owner told me he would not grantee the florida glass wouldn't leak after a few years. I told him I understood that and I would have it replaced when needed. When they were removing the old material I noticed the were having a hard time with the rubber seal that holds it in. This was due to the fact that when it was installed silicone was used over the gasket to stop it from leaking. The workers should have noticed that when they removed the old material. They did not put sealer on it. I called the owner and told him it was leaking at the gasket and said he would send someone to seal it. After two phone calls and numerous E-mails I have given up hope that he will keep his word..

From the quotation through the completion of the project, I have seldom worked with a contractor who was more thorough, professional and cost effective. Beginning with the office staff, they worked to complete the permitting process expediently, knowing and understanding just what was required to get the project approved and under construction. The foundations inspection was coordinated and completed on time and in the schedule. This added to the fact that I had another contractor, New Visions Landscaping, on site doing the floors, (Pavers), and landscaping concurrently. Palm Bay Aluminum worked and coordinated with the other contractor so the project went seamlessly, either contractor having to be delayed or in the way of the other. They built a quality project and did it quickly and spot on the estimated costs which were indeed reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this company again and do highly recommend them.

They were thoroughly professional during all phases of the work. They were flexible enough to accommodate our request for a delay for the job when we had company coming to visit. The completed patio is exactly what we had expected. Excellent work.

Our home presents a rather unusual setting for a pool enclosure, requiring an unusual shape with various insets, an angled section, a block wall, a pool shed, and some guttering complications. This company was recommended to me by the screen contractor we'd used in the past who was no longer in the business. It was a solid recommendation. From the estimate on, everything was done professionally and to our satisfaction. The crew worked meticulously at initial survey and measurement. given that the site was complex and out of square. Once they cut the members, things went together cleanly and dropped into place without any rework required. The work extended over a couple of weeks, during which time the crew left the site clean each day. The office did a good job of communicating project status with us and coordinating with carpentry work related to the project. I can't think of a single complaint about the conduct of the project, and the end result exceeded my expectations.

Got a visit from the estimator. Showed him the areas that needed work, including the rusting lag bolts in the concrete and in the upper screen support members and a downspout that was working loose from a gutter. He said, no problem, we'll also replace the door hydraulic closers also. Got an email with the estimate which seemed reasonable and accepted it. (I didn't examine closely to verify each line item --- extremely bad on my part). Workman came out and replaced the concrete lag bolts and then discovered that he could not get a "bite" into the aluminum members up top. Thus, he did not complete at least half the work promised to fix the supports. He replaced the screen that was on the work order and also one that we discovered after the estimate. The downspout was not fixed. He also trashed a few cactus that we had in pots. We had marked the screens that needed work, by flagging the areas with duct tape (one was an obvious 4x4 screen panel. When we came home, the 4x4 panel and two other smaller panels were not replaced. We checked the work order and sure enough, they were left off, as were the hydraulic closers. I admit this is "my bad" for not triple checking the work order. We asked them to come back out and complete the screen replacements, adding that we would pay for the additional time and asked for a new invoice. They replaced two of three panels, and did not fix the downspout. The invoice reduced the price for bolt-installation by $70 and added $70 in labor to replace the 2 of 3 screens. In my opinion they charged full price for doing less than half the work since the screws in the structural members up high were not fixed and the downspout was not fixed.
