MIDDLETON LAWN & PEST CONTROL

had mole, weed and insect problem in our yard. Representative from Middleton assured me that they could fix the problems. Scheduled an appointment but the service man showed up 2 weeks after scheduled date. After first service called and told rep that the problem was worse and was told it would get better soon but they would send someone out - a week later rep came and agreed that the first treatment did not take care of bug problem as it should and scheduled an additional treatment inmmediately. Service man came in 1 week although rep promised they would be there the next day. October treatment was not done on scheduled date but was done although the yard continued to deteriorate. I called Middleton several times and was told I needed to be patient. December treatment was done -I gave up on keep track of schedule- but now the yard was full of weeds and still had moles. I called and cancelled service before the February treatment because my yard is now nothing but weeds and thistles. Although Middleton did not make it hard to cancel, they did not seem concerned that I was very unhappy with the condition of my lawn and the money I appeared to have wasted on their service. I did not speak to anyone but the receptionist who answered my call when I inquired about how to cancel even though she said some one would be contacting me. Maybe they are ok with lawns that are already in good shape but my experience makes me feel that they are not good at problem remediation.

This company is very good. They gave us information on things that we could do to help keep insects out of our house. The technician is very friendly. If I notice any insects around, they will come right out and spray. The spray that the use in my home is safe to use around pets and children.
