Honest, on time and did good work.

Michael was excellent. He showed up on time and assessed the extent of what needed to be done. He charged a very fair price when we faced an emergency repair. This gentleman was trustworthy and respectful of my time. I was able to leave him to do his work alone without supervision. The job turned out to be beautiful and tenants who see it love it. I would definitely recommend his services to friends, family and colleagues.

Michael was sent from heaven. He is an amazing worker. He is on time very neat and personable a pleasure to have in your home to do great work. He is affortable and it seems like he can do anything. He did dry wall installed vanities in the bathrooms and redid the plumbing. His work is beyond amazing . I am so happy I met him and will continue to hire him for more projects.

Efficient and fast in work

Michael did a lot of fixing in my house. Most of the time I was pleased. Sometimes hard to get him over as he says he is very busy.

I retained Michael Scott to assist me with popcorn removal, patching and painting of my ceiling after purchasing a Condo in Fort Lauderdale (the Condo was original design). Michael and his team did a great job and we are happy with the results. The Condo looks so much better now that it has flat ceilings!

The guy who came out and did the actual work was very nice. He did not finish the job the first time around and had to come back. Mike, his boss, stated he was ill and that was why they job was not finished. Once he did come back he was very diligent at wanting to please me and what I needed done.

Mr. Scott is a true professional. Very polite and knowledgeable in almost every project I’ve assigned. He’s thorough, neat, and the finished project is clean to the eye. I have referred Mr. Scott to three of my friends and everyone is fighting for his time because the work is extremely flawless and exceptional. Mr. Scott will be recommended time and time again by me.

He came out to install the toilet on Sunday and was very polite. I went to the bathroom to check how the toilet looks out of the box he said : "Are you going to micromanage me?" He was annoyed and also stated: "that he is not like others, he uses grout instead of caulking and this is proper way to seal the toilet because he is a master plumber and that is the way to do it". When he finished with the job, I checked with another contractor and he told me that the toilet was installed with caulking and not grout as promised. The job is extremely messy, the caulking is also on top on the grout on my tiles. He also put the caulking on the wall behind the toilet on the wall where it was not needed. No matching lines around the toilet. When I told him that it is not looking good, he said: "We don't live in the perfect world".

Amazing .. I needed several small projects done to the house , MIchael came fully prepared, very professional.. and finished every.. I needed a mounted TV, Ring doorbell, installed, outdoor cameras and he even install my Nest thermostat, I’m saving so much energy now.. great value for work .. since I stall no problems .. book an appointment.
