Had to double-check their work as they missed obviously dirty areas in the shower. They left without cleaning and sealing the tile under the vanity. Additionally, they didn't dry the vanity after the steamer got it wet resulting in damage to the doors and cabinet. Finally, they kept changing the price of the job when I very clearly stated at time of quote that I wanted everything stained and sealed in the bathroom.

"We are very surprised by this review. Although we understand each customer has their own view and right to rate a job, the information depicted on this paragraph is very mind puzzling when we think of the actual visit during the performance of the job. The job was just a bathroom; that's all. The bathroom was detailed. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was specifically informed the area under the vanity could not be reached. We would hardly say someone had to check behind our work. We are all human and we take the time to do a "walk-thru" with each customer; during the "walk-thru" Mr. [Member Name Removed] did ask us to go over one area which of course we immediately corrected (we are all human, it happens). Everything was dried and there was absolutely no mention of the cabinet having any issues, at all!. The price was never changed, Mr. [Member Name Removed] asked how much total would be and mentioned a total which was not what was exactly noted on the estimate that had been done and finalized the week before. Again, very surprised by the review. Especially when customer told us "good job" as we departed the residence."

I am so happy, Just beautiful. Carpets came out great. They look sparkling. Christian and his brother arrived on time and were very professional and helpful. The price was excellent for the amount of work done. i will difinitly use again. A+++++ rating. Great company!

Excellent, I was amazed how clean they got the grout. My last experience with a company to clean my grout did not go well so I have not had it done for several years. These guys were great. Only took about 40 minutes and the did a good cleanup job.

HIRE THIS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING !!! QUALITY OF WORK, SERVICE AND PRICE....First let me say that after looking into YELP (Linky's rated great) to find just the right people for just the right price (never hired for these things and HAD to get it right..the first time) , I had to verify this company and look at others...so I joined ANGIES LIST......Linkys had such great reviews and I could tell they were loved....but I called 4 companys all rated pretty good to get prices as this matters to me too. what a difference in pricing... Linky's gave me a quote over the phone, tile priced per sq ft, room of carpet and sofa and loveseat.....great price too compare to others that were riping me off.... after a couple of days of hemming and hawing....I was so afraid I would choose the wrong people...well I did not... I chose Linky's..... and Eddie Cepeda and his Son, Cristian came out today. They own LINKY'S CARPET AND TILE CLEANING...321-757-0561 OR 321-749-8306.....cute name and by the way, The business was named after their precious loved kitty Linky 12 years ago...Linky lived 17 wonderful years...:)....MY TILE...MY CARPET,,,MY SOFA AND LOVESEAT... LIKE NEW.... and believe me they were about knock out , pull out, throw away terrible and stained from animals and discusting living...(not me) lol. ANYHOW.......GO NO FURTHER HIRE THESE TWO FINE UPSTANDING GENTLEMEN....YOU WILL BE THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS AND PRICE..and CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>>>..and thats what its all about...Also I live in Merritt Island and they are from Palm Bay and didn't blink and eye about the distance. :))

This is the second time we have had Linky's to clean our carpets. They are very professional, wear booties while cleaning and do a great job.

They came and we talked about cost-agreed to do job at that time. Some grout areas was too deeply stained - they treated the area with another product, and it did appear to lighten the areas. They did guaranteed to come back if i wasn't completely satisfied. They explained all that was to occur and communicated to my satisfaction.

Excellent service! Cristian Cepeda returned my call promptly and even with some time schedule conflicts, kept me informed as to when they would be able to come to my house. I had called another company who said they could do the job possibly the next morning and they would get back to me. They didn't, however, two guys showed up at my door the next morning. I turned them away because I had Eddie and Cristian coming that afternoon. They arrived promptly as scheduled, and In about an hour Eddie and Cristian had stretched and trimmed the carpet. After vacuuming it looked almost new. They charge a flat fee for one room and it appeared to be a bit lower than some other companies I called. Very reasonable.
