JONES' WELLS PUMPS & IRRIGATION INC

The system worked great for two weeks. We had to turn off the system for two days while the city did some repairs to the water source for our development. When I turned the system back on it did not water one of the zones in the yard. I re-programmed the system but it still missed one zone. I called the company and they scheduled an appointment to come out. They failed to show up and did not call me to cancel. I called them again and scheduled another appointment. They arrived late. He told me I had programed the system incorrectly and he fixed it. The system still missed the same zone. I called again and did not get any return calls. I finallly tracked him down and he agreed to come out yesterday. He failed to show up or call. I called again and left a message asking him to please call me so we could resolve the problem. Again no call back. It has been two months since the install so today I gave up and contracted with another company to fix my irrigation system. Now I get to pay twice. Don't use these guys. They got a great story about being a service oriented family owned business. It is just a story. Oh, by the way I was dealing with the owner. That should tell you something.
