The low rating is not the providers fault. I needed art work hung and this was not his advertised specialty which was mounting tvs. He was suggested by the company and I thought art hanging and TV installation were close enough. He was polite and tried hard to please but obviously art work hanging was not his expertise. By the time he finished the work my wife had taught him a lot and he did a much better job on the last parts of his work and was learning fast. My fault,for not knowing the difference. If I needed a TV mounted I would probably have been happy with the service. Again, MY FAULT.

Was prompt, arrived timely, polite, went to work immediately. Provided common sense set up and had me go through all the features of my tv once set up was completed, Rayon gave a professional finish to my project. Recommend him highly.
