They arrived on Friday started installation found out one shutter size was misread said co would build new one on Monday and be back on Tuesday for install went as they said no other problems

The guys were great, the sales rep was straight forward, friendly, and cared about answering are questions. The installers were just as good and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with how everything was installed. They showed us tricks to put up the shutters with ease.

A big factor was getting this all done before hurricane season 6/1. Everyone else said no guarantees, 12-14 week delays. HSP manufactures their own panels, and has a relationship with the company that makes the accordians. They gave their word and sure enough 6/1 it was installed. The crew was professional & efficient, used quality hardware. The price was competitive beating the other bids.

This company responded promptly with an estimate. The installation took 2 days with no issues. They even put anchors in the garage so that the panels can be stored upright, taking up little space. Pleased overall
